Dedicated trainers support the health and wellness of Okura Health Club members according to their individual conditions. Our facilities offer the ultimate relaxation experience, featuring a gymnasium equipped with various training machines tailored to different goals, a year-round heated swimming pool, jet bath, sauna, and more. Hotel guests are also welcome to use these facilities. Complimentary rental available for towels, training wear (top and bottom), swimwear, swimming caps, training shoes, and socks. Guests aged 7 to 17 must be accompanied by a guardian. Children under 7 years old are not permitted to use the facilities, even when accompanied by a guardian.
